Do I need to pay for Notion?
Starting May 13, 2025 you will need a Notion Business plan to use the ****AI features of the template. Notion Business costs $20/month and offers a comprehensive AI suite that is useful beyond just this template. I am currently working on other AI supported personal development and psychedelic integration tools, so signing up for the Notion Business plan will be worth it!
You can purchase the Notion Business plan here. If you sign up for Notion Business through my affiliate link I only earn a commission on your subscription fees if you invite another person to collaborate in your workspace. Otherwise I don’t receive any income from your subscription and rely on the purchase price alone to support my work.

To try the AI features, Notion currently provides 50 responses for free on the free plan. Interpreting a single dream requires 11 responses. So you should be able to interpret around four of your dreams before needing to upgrade.

How can I remember my dreams?

Improving dream recall is a mindfulness practice that takes patience. The more consistently you work at it, the better your results will be.

Here are some proven techniques to enhance your dream recall:
- Keep a dream journal by your bed: Write down your dreams immediately upon waking, before the memories fade.
- Use voice memos: Place the Voice Memo app widget on your iPhone's home screen for quick access. The latest iOS version includes automatic transcription, making it easy to record dreams hands-free and automatically convert them to text.
- Set an intention before sleep: Tell yourself "I will remember my dreams" before going to bed, and mean it! Resolve is key here.
- Wake up naturally: Using an alarm can interrupt dreams and make them harder to remember. If you must use an alarm, try one that works in alignment with your sleep cycles or at least use an alarm tone that doesn’t trigger your fight or flight response (gentle birdsong tends to work better than an air raid siren)
- Stay still upon waking: Remain in the same position when you first wake up, as movement can disrupt dream memories. If you get stuck remembering, gently move into the different sleep positions you were in during the night and relax. This often triggers dream memories that are connected to your body.
- Relax the mind: Just as you can relax the body by letting go of muscle tension, you can relax the mind by letting go of contraction in the mind. Don’t “try” to remember, simply relax as if you’re meditating and pay attention to your thoughts without actively thinking them. You’ll notice as soon as you relax the mind your dream memories will begin flooding back.
